Course Description

For thousands of years, yoga has been a path to re-orienting our relationship to body, mind and spirit, opening ourselves to transformation. At its essence, yoga involves grappling with our perceived limits and transcending them through a shift in consciousness. As a psychophysical approach to self-understanding, yoga offers a creative way to discover, grow and awaken to new possibilities as we meet the challenges of modern living.
